Finest Global Technology is the data controller for this website under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Our address is listed at the end of this notice.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not store anything you type into the contact form. The forms we store are the subscription form and the job application form, both described below.

The contact form only prepares an email in your own email app. We receive your details only if you choose to send that email.

When you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and, if we work together, to prepare an offer and a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

If you apply through our careers page, we store your name, contact details, country, CV and any link or message you add in our applicant pool. Only our hiring team can see them, and we use them only to assess your application. Unless you agree that we keep your CV for future openings, we delete it once the position is filled.

If you subscribe to our updates, we store your email address and the time you gave consent. We use them only to send you news and announcements, and we delete them when you unsubscribe through the link in any of our emails.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete it.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether we hold data about you, what it is used for, and who it has been shared with. You can also ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how it is processed.
